TCA Cross

WHAT IS TCA CROSS?

Trichloroacetic Acid Chemical Reconstruction of Skin Scars (TCA CROSS) is an effective and safe way to improve the appearance of depressed (ice-pick, rolling or boxcar) acne scars through localized chemical peels. To start this procedure, a small amount of high-concentration TCA is placed on the depressed area of the scar. The solution causes inflammation which prompts collagen production and results in a shallower scar or disappearance of the scar.
