Location

Our address is 150B - 8220 Lansdowne Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 1B9.

We are located on the south side of Lansdowne Road between No.3 and Cooney, across the south entrance of Lansdowne Mall. Our building is a one storey structure between two high rises.

Parking

There is ample parking at the back of the building, available to patients while conducting business at the clinic.

Booking an appointment

Clinic visit is by-appointment only. To ensure optimal preparation for the highest standard of patient care and treatment experience, we are unable to accommodate any walk-in appointments. Appointments can be made by phone or email. As we require personal information, we highly recommend calling during office hours.

Appointment Confirmation

You will be contacted by text/ phone/ email to confirm the appointment 1 week prior to the booked time. Please respond to our message. Appointment will be automatically cancelled if patient don't specifically confirm the appointment 2 business days prior. The texting number is only for texting. Please call us at 604-233-0878 if you prefer to confirm, reschedule or cancel by phone.

Cancellation Policy & No Show

We require 2 business days notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments to avoid any penalty. The patient is responsible for notifying us by phone during office hour, text or email to reschedule or cancel. There is a $60 penalty fee for late cancel and missed consultation appointment. For late cancel and missed procedures, the booking deposit/ prepaid service for treatment is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

We will try to accommodate all of our patients by modifying your treatment. However, out of respect for other patients’ and the doctor’s time, we reserve the right to reschedule any late arrivals as appropriate. Your pre-paid deposit may be forfeited if tardiness results in cancellation of the booked appointment.

First Time Visit

To confirm patient identity, we require one piece of government-issued ID (preferably BC services card or BC driver license with Personal Health Number) for registration. Please come with no make-up. Patient is required to complete registration forms, detailing demographic information, skin and cosmetic procedure treatment history, medication & medical history etc. Consent to clinic policies will be explained and obtained. Do not wear any make-up as it will impede a proper assessment of your natural skin condition.

​Confidentiality

We adhere to the standard of confidentiality as set out by the College of Physicians and Surgeon. A written authorization for release of information must be given before we can discuss or disclose any medical or administrative information to third parties.

Age Restriction

We obtain informed consents from patients 19 years of age and over. Anyone under the age of 19 and who cannot demonstrate the maturity to understand the purpose and goal of treatment prescribed must be accompanied by a legal guardian during both the consultation and signing of consent forms. We prefer the legal guardian to be present at all first consultation appointments. We do not treat pediatric patients.

Smoking & Pet

Smoking within the facility is not permitted by order of Worksafe BC. Certified guide dogs are permitted to accompany the patient. We love your pets but because of possible allergies and for their own safety, they cannot be allowed into the clinic.

Payment Policy

We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Wechat pay, Alipay and cash. Deposit fees can be retained as credit if the scheduled appointment is cancelled and/or rescheduled in a timely manner (please refer to the Cancellation Policy). Any unclaimed balance will remain as non-expiring credit on your file at the clinic.

Tax 

There will be 5% GST on all service and 12% GST and PST on all products.

Private Insurance

If you are seeking payment of treatment through extended health, need be, we will gladly provide you with an official receipt for your treatments. You may submit to your insurance carrier.

COVID measures to protect everyone

You have to arrive wearing a medical mask. Only individual booked can come for appointment. (no friend and family can accompany patient) Reschedule appointments as soon as you have COVID symptoms, under self-isolation by order of public health, have been asked to COVID test and does not have result, or have household member and close contact who have COVID, under self-isolation or quarantine order.
